Expired but not completing

In the FAQ section under the title "What do I do if a Package is expired?" It says Pando will try to find available copies of the file. I have this situation where Pando says it is expired and says " You may be able to download this package from: 1 people currently sharing this package. How do I get to share from this 1 person? Espaecially if it is not the original sender. Please help!

If there is someone online

If there is someone online with a copy of the package, Pando will automatically try to connect you to complete your download. This may not always work, particularly if you are behind a firewall.
